AHHHHH!
Evine is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I received a countertop oven as a gift and the rotisserie forks were missing. After a week or two of emails going back and forth "proving" I owned the oven they still refused to send me the missing pieces that should have been included with the oven even after jumping thru all of their hoops. Send a picture of the oven to prove I had it etc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EVINE THEY DO NOT STAND BY ANYTHING THAT THEY SELL. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM EVINE PLEASE DON'T! The missing forks would probably cost them around $5 but they would not send the missing items.

My value pay was cancelled with notification
I ordered air buds with value pay and to me that means its on my credit card not on evine card i dont understand why my orders were canceled theses where Christmas present i had to call you guys to see what happened to the order i wss told because of a credit inquiry my orders were canceled i dont understand why i never received a letter of explanation for why you did this too me i have ordered before with no issues this is not acceptable.

Need a blender for paula deen 1000w prep station black.
in the pkg did not get the blender model pdosm.here is the prolem,did not open the pkg. until noverber 21, 2018 ,for thanksgiving dinner. this part was missing. the customer care that the thirty days were up and they could not help me. but maybe the manfactor could. tying to reach them by the way of the computer has been for me is hard. so can you help me .0toles42@***.com if i can not get any help from ervin, can i get help from the manfactor, would like to have the blender to said pgk. paula deen kitchen electrics 1000wprep station model PDOSM if i have to pay for it again i would like to have the missing blender. model PDOSM thank you!!!can i have the adress bto the manufactor of the paula deen 1000 w prep station

WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET
I have been a lont time Evine customer and have always paid on time with no problems. The last few years everything about this company is bad. Evine's customer service policy is "Evine is right and the customer is wrong - always". The customer service they provide is not service just headaches and thats if you can actually get through to a human being. If you email them with a complaint or concern, you will receive a computer generated email and thats it, no follow-up ever. Every single member of Evine's non-customer service department are rude liars - I think its a company policy. Recently, Evine sent me to collections, without cintacting me, for a problem they created - yup, it was still my fault. Now I cant use value pay and must pay in full. I also recently became aware that they are doing hard credit checks and that stays with you for at least 2 years. I ordered a couple of Invicta watches and a few minutes later decided to cancel the order - no, not an option as the order was already in process and now I will have to pay their crazy prices to return the watches. This is now a common practice on Evine's part, beware. Ladtly, but just as important, the quality of the products they sell matches the quality of service they give. I should have learned my lesson a long time ago, but am now officially done with this *** sneaky company. BEWARE AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM EVINE.

I personally love Allison with Paula Deen./ they work Great togather.(a laugh a minute). If she is no longer going to be on Evine i hope she becomes Paula's personal assistant. + keep writing her cook books. I would hate to see her get lost on some of these other shopping networks, she's is too talented for that.

I ordered 3 rings, 2 of them didnt fit and were way smaller than in the picture so i called and they said i would get a full refund for the 2 rings, well i returned the 2 and only got back like 20.00. They said the reason i only got back 20.00 is because of the shipping labels thats. They put 2 labels in the package and when i called they said which one to put on so i did just that and NEVER AGAIN will i order from them. I was suppose to get like $53.00 and instead only like $20.00 . I even talked to 2 different people and they both said my refund was going to be $50.00 Dont order from them ..

Dispute on a return
i placed on order on may 18,2018. after the order arrived i did not like it send it back in the same package it came in. they saying i still owe i have never had to pay when you send it back with 30 days.i had to pay 15dollars and some change whe the package got back to them . i was refunded 2 dollars and some change. after checking they was still trying to get payment even after the stuff was returned on 6/21/2018 and 7/21/2018 they was trying to take money out of my account. i do not owe them no more more.i just want this cleared up and take off my account report. i have called them 4 times and still nothing was done. if you look u will see where they was going to take 2more payment but it failed. leola brown ldbrown813****@***.com

Manufacturer defective product
Hi, Purchased from EVINE on 8/24/2017, delivered to home 9/5/2017 a Paula Deen 1700W 5.3 Qt ceramic non stick XL Air-Fryer. I use this everyday and now the coating of the copper liner basket and where the baskets sits in coming off in many areas. I would like either a replacement of the item or my money back on the original paypal account it was paid with. I spoke with Rene at EVINE customer service 12/11/17 @ 12:43pm EST who stayed there is a one year manufacturer warranty. Please advise as to what you will be doing to correct the defective product. Response from customercare@***.net Hello Thank you for the email. There is a $13 shipping and handling fee for the chamber and basket. Shipping and handling is not covered under the warranty. We do not refund customers for this issue. Thank You and Happy Cooking! Your Customer Care Team. My response: Why wouldn’t that be covered since it hasn’t been a year I have owed it and the copper coating has come off? Why would I have to buy them when it should be replaced. If this is the case I would like to return for a refund. I received same response as prior one above from customercare@***.net You can not speak to anyone all done via email. Should not have to pay to replace the defective part when less than 6 mo old and have a year warranty.

Junk Product No Warranty
I purchased a Dean Bros Nonstick pan that everything sticks. Then Evine sends me to manufacture for warranty. They blame me and don’t cover warranty. I am done and will never purchase anything from them again

Horrible company
They charge way too much to ship and return. I believe they call that Revenue enhancement. I often receive clothing that is just awful with lots of defects and poor craftsmanship. They never return the shipping. will not purchase from again. They need to be shut down. Even after calling with the issues they say that I will not be charged for S/H and then on my next statement they have. Then I have to call gain. I wind up owing money and have no product to show for it!!!! This is just a terrible company with less then mediocre products. They will leave you on hold forever or just disconnect the call. There propriety brands, OSO and Kate and Mallory are just bad bad bad products. They sell One World which has been my staple with Evine but lately that company is going down hill fast. There is absolutely no quality control with Evine. If you buy from them, then you are the sucker. I won't be the sucker any longer.

I had a new debit card issued to me by my bank, because of an unauthorized charge to !y account. I called evine to ask to hold value payments until i get new card and give the new card number. I was told by your customer service department that it could not be done. I don't understand why not. As i may have to pay bank charges when the payment is not completed. This should not be allowed to happen to customers . Iam very dissatified with this outcome.

Double charged and they can’t resolve it
Ordered from Evine and they put a hold on my PayPal funds until the order could ship - ok fine. Then when they ship the order they charge my PayPal account and still have a hold that is 10 days old. Customer service said they are supposed to renew the hold every 7 days and take it off when the order ships. Instead they are tiring up my money and do nother about it. Now Customer service says it might take 3-4 days to drop off. If it doesn’t drop off call PayPal. They can’t even resolve their own problems. Don’t buy from them. This is so unethical. You can get the same thing cheaper somewhere else.

Worst company ever
I have been ordering from evine for years - I pay my bill in full every month and have never missed a payment. I have also used value pay since my very first order. A couple of months ago they ran a HARD credit check on my acct for absolutely no reason. I have kids in college and need to keep my credit score high - I gave no permission for this - I have never been anywhere near my credit limit. I have not ordered since - WORST COMPANY EVER - avoid at all costs!

Sent two different sizes sheets king coverlet queen.
I return the sheets an brought another set.They sent them to another address.Trying to explain this was one big headache.Then I got my refund back in pieces.Im still waiting on a total refund. I will never order again.HSN QVC GREAT.

Just horrible shipping time, and very rude customer service
So, where do i begin? I ordered 2 items on May 10th, paid fairly high for shipping, and on the show they said delivery by My 18th for one item, and May 21st for the other. I didnt like waiting that long, but gave it a try. This is June 21st. And i am still waiting for both items. I called customer service, and told them to just cancel my order and refund my money. I was told they cant do that because the orders have already been put in. I demanded to speak with superviser and they would not, saying supervisor was not there. I have since called my bank and discussed this matter with them, and had them blocked from any more bank activity on my account. I will be filing also with Better Business Bureau. BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SAD COMPANY!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

They did the same thing to us even though we have decent credit and major credit cards. We were not applying for the Evine card.
Why run an inquiry to begging with if we are using a major credit card? Obviously Capital One Quicksilver thought we were creditworthy enough to issue us a card and give us a 10k limit. The biggest issue is that they take your money first and then run a hard inquiry into your credit.
Why not approve the value pay first then take the money? Horrible business practice.
