Valupay is not "consumer friendly "option

On 12/19/17, i purchased a item for less than a hundred dollars online using valupay which I have use many times before though not for two plus years. Thanks to Equifax, I now check my credit at least once a month. On 12/21/17, I checked my credit and to my surprise my credit score had dropped 10 points. The only change was a hard inquiry by Evine on the 19th. Now, I did have six inquiries already but the Evine one is what caused the drop. My issue with Evine is that the information telling you of an inquiry is not beside the valupay option where a customer can see it but buried below in the item description. Had I known, I would have paid in full by debit or credit card. This is serving as a warning that if you are making a major purchase i.e. home, auto wherein two years of your Evine valupay purchase it could and more than likely will come back to haunt you. Think twice before you using the valupay option if any of the abovementioned likelihoods apply to you.

. Tracked package until 10/13 when the tracking info said "Attempted to deliver and left notice" which was not true. I see the mail carrier everyday. Never received...post offices (plural) in Lakeland said they did not have the package. Informed Evine and was told that I needed to wait until 10/23 to file a "Delivery Claim". Said it would take another 5 days. Never offered an apology or an offer to extend my Value Pays, or to resend. Refused to do anything. Never buy from them ever!!! Hope HSN and QVC swallow them up when the merger takes place after the first 2018!!

Company is SO unprofessional in their customer approach. First of all trying to get off hold to speak with a live body is virtually impossible. My complaint- I purchased an item for $ 326.00 on 9/6/17 and received it on 9/14. On 10/21/17 I see the same item is now at $149.00. I call to hear that it is past the 30 day and no adjustment can be made. Not only from the customer care rep but Brian -the floor supervisor. Really - Nordstrom's, Target, Macy's even Wal-Mart will match pricing up to 90-120 days - some longer if you have the receipt. But, ah not this place! UGH - I'm done with them.

i had to file a complaint with BBB and urge anyone having problems that Evine refuses to solve that involves scams to do the same...it is not worth the heart ache to try to keep calling over and over and over...this company should be stopped and put out of business!

i bought a 55inch samsung uhd tv and they said it had a two year warranty which when the tv went black and stopped working completely in two months, samsung called it a hoax and needs another $550. to repair...have three years left to pay...wrote to the BBB to try to get money back after many calls to Samsung and Evine, but Evine lied each time I called and were terrible to me and I couldn't deal with them anymore. I am old and have health issues and thought this would save me some shopping but it is causing worse health issues...tey lie when you call, they tell you they will get you the warranty but won't even give you a warranty number, contract number or anything...I m sitting here watching that same tv being advertised on tv with two year warranty again, but called and they denied it...cant believe them, they shouldn't be on the air or in business...this is the first and last product that i will ever get from them...i want my money back but they won't send

Collagenesis defective bottle / Evine does nothing!!

I ordered Collagenesis a few months ago. I called to complain that I couldn't get the top of the bottle off to use the product. Afetr 20 minutes of pulling on it, it finally came off. I didn't use the product right away, so now months later I thought I would try it. Now the pump on the bottle doesn't work. I had called when I first received the product and they told me they had had numerous packaging problems. I asked that my bottle be replaced with a bottle that actually works. They said they won't do anything and it is past 30 days. No refund, no replacement. If Evine doesn't stand behind their defective products, I will never shop here again! I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT SHOPPING AT EVINE. They don't care about their customers. Period!!

I ordered an item online and it was not long that o realized I do not like it. So I called to cancel the order. They said it could not be canceled since the order has already been processed and that ready for shipment. Ha????? I never heard of any shopping network who could do “as fast as bullet” order and shipment. I requested for a waiver of return cost since I called in early for the cancellation . The customer associate said I had to put it in writing at the back office f the return label and that management will determine if they could waive it. No wonder Evine is falling behind . Merchandising is awful and presentation is so “old school”. Awful!

They still wanted me to pay for the order that was stolen l was told that they would not send another one as a replacement, in a very ugly manner nor can i use payment plan..Now they sent the information to a collection agency for amount that they returned to the bank.l never order anything from them again.

I forgot to mention in my review that my referred payment method for online shopping is PayPal, which I have used previously for purchases from Evine. However, when I spoke with the order rep, he LIED and said that Evine does not accept PayPal, stating that must be mistaken about using PayPal in the past.

He insisted that I must provide a "valid" payment method. Because it was nearly 4 a.m. and I was tired and frustrated at not being able to cancel my order, I relented and provided a credit card number. Now, reviewing my emails, I see a confirmation email from PayPal for the Evine order I want to cancel.

Re the product, I've also contacted the manufacturer/vendor directly and explained to them Evine's refusal to cancel because the order is allegedly with the vendor (not Evine). I requested that this vendor honor the cancellation policy (since Evine apparently refuses) and not ship the order at all. Still awaiting response. A short time ago, I received from Evine an email stating, gee, sorry that you had difficulties.

The email further stated that they requested cancellation but... they'll keep me apprised of shipping info. (In other words, the did nothing and I'm stuck with the item.) There was no offer to accept the item for return, no offer of free return shipping to compensate for all the trouble I've been subjected to.

In response, I sent email inquiring about free return shipping. No word from Evine about this, not even an automated response!

Around 3:20 a.m. today (8/2/17), I was looking at an item online and inadvertently submitted an order for that item. I immediately tried to cancel the order but when I clicked "My Account", I was redirected to the website homepage and was never able to open my account/order information. This happened with repeated tries. At approx. 3:30 a.m., I called Evine reached an order taker who initially insisted that I had no Evine account! He eventually located my account when I gave him my account number from my order confirmation "receipt". Still, he insisted that I had not made any purchases and, therefore, could not cancel my order. He suggested that I call Customer Service "when they open after 10". I immediately emailed Customer Service (customerservice@***.com) and received only an automated response. At 5:50 a.m., I received an email confirming my order. Despite a hectic travel schedule, I took time to call Customer Service and was told that my order could not be cancelled because it was placed with an outside vendor. Huh?!? When I questioned this, I was put on hold (no reason given) and no one ever came back on the line. I called back and, admittedly, was more upset than I had been a few moments earlier. I was given the same statement... the order can't be cancelled because the product is shipped directly from another vedor. That's it... no options, no alternatives, no resolutions provided!! So, am I now supposed to be stuck with something that I don't need or want because Evine doesn't take responsibility for the products it sells?! By providing a "cancel order" option on their website but refusing to cancel orders, they are misrepresenting to customers their order/cancellation policy. Evine "Customer Service" (what service?!) never apologized for the issues I had while attempting to access my account info online, never apologized for misrepresenting order cancellation options, and never offered to provide free return shipping for the item that I never wanted and immediately and repeatedly tried to cancel but could not due to no fault of my own. The only thing I was ever told was "that order can't be cancelled because it comes from an outside vendor". This so-called "policy" was not stated anywhere, not during the on-air presentation (3-4 a.m. on 8/2/17), not online within the product description, and not anywhere within the order process. I have routinely dealt with HSN and QVC and have NEVER had an issue with a cancellation or return. Based on Evine's abominable Customer Service and lack of transparency regarding their "policies", I will NEVER again buy anything from Evine.com.

Ordered an item that was on promotion with auto delivery...product came as one time order! When I called to tell them the problem, they said they would not correct the issue, and not willing to suggest any other option. Obviously, there was a problem with the online ordering. . but they dont care. Will NOT order from Evine again.. and will return the ready of my order when it finally arrives!

Warranty on watches is bogus.

In Mar of this year I bought the russian aviator watch. It's big its water proof to 100 meters, it was awesome. I gave $130 for the watch and wore it proudly to Jamaica on vacation. I went diving down to 60 feet and the watch began to condensate. It stopped a couple of days later. When I got home the crown pulled out completely. I sent it in to Invicta Interational watch service center in Idaho for the warranty work. (5 year warranty). I got an invoice for the repairs of $180. Said that it wasn't covered under warranty. I told them to keep the watch. I will never do that again.

I have placed several orders fron Evine and because their size charts are so far off, the clothes are too big. The cost to return or exchange really adds up and when you inquire prior to this, the Reps elect to provide incorrect answers about pretty much everything. I returned about 12 items from 3 orders. I was told that the cost would be $7.49, if i returned them in the same package, so i did and there would not be additional charges to send out exchanges. It took Evine 2 weeks to receive the package and I was told on a Thursday, 7-6-17, the warehouse had just received the package and because of the Holiday, they were behind. ONE DAY!!! NOT A GIFT GIVING HOLIDAY... I explained that i would hate to order from them during a big gift giving Holiday. Today, 7-9-17, I was i formed that i would have to pay S/H again on the item that i wanted to exchange and the S/H on the returned items would be deducted frim each item. You pay S/H when you order, when you return items and if you have to exchange something, whetber its due to a damaged item or they sent the wrong size. Dont plan to receive a straight answer. Every Reps has a new lie... I ordered 3 pairs of pants in my last order, all in tbe same size, but when I received them, one pair was way too big, the other two fit great. I was told that this is my problem. Again, accepting no responsibility. We should all get together and file a Class Action Suit aganist EVINE... RIP OFF ARTIST!!! Let me say, that I order things two sizes below what is shown on their size charts. These charts have exact measurement and I can promise you that I know my measurements very well. An extra small states bust size to be 34, I am 38 and an extra small fits great. I wear a size 2 in pants, waist 27, hips 34.5 and should wear a small, but the small is baggy, so to exchange the item cist you about as much as the actually cost of the item. Fat cats getting fatter at my expense... Unacceptable!!!

If you purchase from Belk, Express, Macy's, or any other major Department Store, you can return or exchange for free. No additional charges.

Can't get the $321.52 they owe me in overcharges!

I have been using shop NBC/ all the other names/ Evine for many years. I have had a few issues with them but nothing like this! I from time to time buy something on time ie payments and then get tired of messing with the payments and pay in full. Well let me tell you that this throws them for a loop!!! Anyway I realized that there accounting was way off! I called them the handed me over to synchrony Bank. I spoke to a supervisor name Craig about this matter. He stated to me that they sent me a refund check for $270.00 that was undeliverable. I had just moved to a new address, so this was semi understandable even though I changed my address with the post office. Craig took my new address and said he would send out a new check to said address. In the mean time I got another bill from Evine with a new balance of 111.50. I sent them the money thru my bank as I always do. I never received the check for the 270.00 but my next evine bill had a credit of 321.52 cents on it. So now I am expecting a refund for the 321.52, only a few days later I get a letter saying I still owed them 40.00! WTF! So I figure it's a mistake and they will still send me my credit. NOPE now the harassing phone calls start! I call them and try to explain that I am not calling Synchrony bank again and she needs to go to the highest supervisor and get me my money! She says in no uncertain terms that that's not going to Happen! So I hang up on her! I think that it's very easy to audit my account and they wont even try! They both keep sending me to the other, meanwhile i don't have my money and they now claim my account is in collections! I think both company's have negligent accounting practices and should be avoided at all cost!!

product not what i ordered buyer beware when you return prouct like i did call to see if they got it back she said yes and went on to say we deduct $7.95 for packages 5pds and under my package weight 8 to 9 ounces well refund should have been $21.00 dollars i get 8 back they are crooks out to get you any way they can from now on will only buy from QVC JTV they give all your money back this is they are number1 treating their customers fair stay away from evine they put false shipping and handling that says free but its not Beware Buyers

Integrity questioned

In May and June 2017 I ordered rings and bracelets from NYCII and Gem Insider. When I returned these items I used Evine's smart label. It took three and 1/2 weeks for the items to reach Evine's return department. I checked with the post office twice and they informed me that those smart labels are not monitored and there is not way to track the packages unless you use the other return label and pay the shipping up front. I GUESS THE POINT OF SUPPLYING THE SMART LABEL RETURN IS SO THE ITEMS WILL NOT SHOW AS RETURNED IN THE THIRTY DAY LIMIT. Needless to say I am paying for all those items because as far as Evine's was concerned they did not receive them with the 30 day time limit. Again on August I, 2017 I decided to order more NYCII rings. On August 8, 2017 I saw that those same rings were now on sale for a lesser price so I ordered them again. After all that I decided that I did not want any of this merchandise so I sent it all back by paying up front and guaranteed that the packages would be there within three days. I kept checking to see if these items had been received and credited to my account. All of the rings with the exception of one showed that they had been returned. I called Evine's customer service three times and spoke to three different people, one of which was Sharon B, who was not very nice. Seeing that calling wasn't getting anywhere I emailed customer service and received four emails from four different women stating that were checking on it. After waiting and emailing some more I was told that their customer service department had decided that the one ring in question was a size 6 and not a size 7. They stated they had sent a size 7. I told them that I sent back exactly what I received. I do not want this ring but they pretty much told me "Too Bad!!" They were not going to credit my account for the ring and did I want them to send it back. WHAT A *** QUESTION. I wrote back saying if I have to pay for the ring of course I want it sent back. It doesn't take a genius to figure the answer to that question. Anyway I guess their customer service/shipping department couldn't have possibly made a mistake and sent the wrong size ring. I am unhappy that I will NEVER shop at Evine again because I really like some of their jewelry. Oh well it's more their loss than mine.
